Warden Message March 3, 2008: Kosovo Independence
Following Kosovo’s February 17, 2008, declaration of independence, the U.S. Embassy in Ljubljana reiterates its longstanding guidance to American Citizens to avoid large crowds or demonstrations, some of which may be held in the vicinity of the U.S. Embassy. American citizens are urged to maintain security awareness.
