Visa Fraud Alert
The U.S. Embassy takes very seriously fraud committed by and against visa applicants. Our staff is highly trained to detect fraudulent documents and imposters, and we maintain a close relationship with U.S. and Slovene law enforcement agencies. We aggressively pursue fraud cases, referring individuals as appropriate for prosecution under U.S. and/or Slovene law.
