“Jazzinty” Festival jazzes up Slovenia in August

The city of Novo mesto was “jazzing” in August as it hosted an intensive jazz festival which combines lectures, group and individual lessons with mentors, public rehearsals, jam sessions and performances. The international mentors came from throughout Europe and the U.S., with the largest representation from the U.S.

Pianist, composer, educator and world class jazz legend, Barry Harris, was one of the main American artists, who led master classes at the Jazzinty festival.
