Electronic application visa forms

As of November 1, visa applicants at all U.S. Embassies worldwide must submit visa applications that have been completed online and printed. 

The U.S. Embassy will no longer accept visa applications that have been completed by hand.  The online application form automatically saves all the data in a barcode printed onto the application form, which can be scanned at the Embassy.  This will ensure the accuracy of the information, reduce processing time, and provide faster service. 

Applicants can find the required forms at http://slovenia.usembassy.gov/visa_forms.html.  While the Embassy strongly encourages all applicants to complete these forms online before coming to the Consular Section, there will be a computer available in the waiting room at the Embassy for customers to use in completing application forms.
