Who does not need a visa to travel to the U.S.?
Citizens of Slovenia generally do not require visas in order to visit the United States. Because Slovenia is a participant in the Visa Waiver Program, Slovenian citizens who wish to visit the U.S. for tourism or business and plan to stay 90 days or less, normally do not need visas. Who does need a visa to travel to the U.S.?
Slovene citizens planning to study, work, or pursue other activities in the U.S. other than tourism and business, or planning a tourist or business stay of over 90 days duration still require the appropriate visas. Also, citizens of other countries not included in the Visa Waiver Program need visas to visit the U.S. To learn more about what sorts of visas are available for different activities, please consult the Department of State's website.
