Ambassador Yousif Ghafari presents credentials to the President of Slovenia Danilo Türk

On the afternoon of May 29th, Ambassador Ghafari's credentials were accepted by Danilo Türk, President of the Republic of Slovenia.  Yousif Ghafari becomes the 6th U.S. Ambassador to Slovenia.  He arrived in Ljubljana on Sunday, May 26th and immediately started meeting with Slovenian Government officials in preparation for the presentation of his credentials.
